We're an agency, not a clinic. Hair & Smile is an independent coordinator that works with accredited clinics in Turkiye. We match you to the right clinic for your case and manage the whole process — but the treatment itself is carried out by the clinic's medical team.

We only work with clinics we have vetted ourselves. We look at accreditation (Ministry of Health and international), the surgeon's experience and track record, consistent patient outcomes, hygiene and facility standards, and proper aftercare and follow-up. If a clinic does not meet our standards, we do not recommend it.

Our service is free for you. You pay the clinic's own price, and we are paid a commission by the clinic — this does not increase what you pay. There are no hidden fees and no extra cost for our coordination.

The medical treatment is provided by the clinic and is their responsibility, but you are never on your own. We stay by your side from your first message to your recovery — helping with communication, logistics, and resolving anything that comes up. We act as your bridge to the clinic throughout.

Yes — the choice is always yours. We present suitable options and our honest recommendation for your case, but you decide which clinic you go with.
